There are some indications that a cluster of fading storms to our north may try to push into north/central Alabama late Sunday night. Rain and a few storms are more likely on Sunday, and those that do develop could be briefly strong with gusty winds, heavy rain, strong lightning and even small hail in some areas.A few isolated showers may develop in far SW parts of central Alabama (Greene, Hale, Pickens), but coverage will be very isolated. Today was a much warmer day with temperatures in the high 80s.Temperature and humidity are rising, and brief showers and thunderstorms are possible. We enter a picture much more characteristic of May.
